Web Editors, Inc. is the brainchild of Founder Alex Morales. Since 1996 while keeping pace of the ever changing and explosive online market place, Alex continues to keep a firm hold on his vision of providing customers with cost effective solutions that are done right the first time. Continuously striving for the highest standards and practices, Alex is responsible for the overall vision and direction of Web Editors, Inc.

Alex comes from a highly technical and creative background. He has successfully managed the design and development of numerous web applications ranging from automated business processes to immense e Commerce projects with thousands of products. While creating custom solutions for innovative organizations, Alex always gravitated towards leadership roles; his ability to overcome technical hurdles, manage multi-disciplinary teams of designers and programmers while adhering to tight budgets and deadline expectations are proof of his workmanship.

Heather Morales

Controller & Treasurer

As Controller & Treasurer, Heather plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and management of Web Editors, Inc. business operations. Heather has been instrumental in business initiatives that expand the overall budget of services offered by Web Editors, Inc. and our partners that allows us to bring wholesale prices to the public.

Heather exhibits a real knowledge of an online company, empathy for its mission, and a genuine commitment to its goals and values. Heather possesses outstanding planning, organizational and management skills. She is a strategic and visionary thinker with a successful track record in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating strategies and initiatives.

Michael Cheslar

Director of SEO

As Director of SEO Michael plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and management for SEO campaigns, user behavior, tracking, online reputation management online visibility, conversion analysis, keyword research, competitive analysis and keeping up-to-date with the ever changing trends of Online marketing. Michael has been instrumental in driving new business initiatives that expand the overall suite of SEO services offered by Web Editors and uses his expertise to enhance marketing goals for our clients.

Before joining the Web Editors, Inc. team, Michael was a Senior Search Specialist at eVisibility. His responsibilities included managing day to day SEO projects from start to finish for dozens of clients with many successes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Design and Multimedia from the Art Institute of California, San Diego

Eric Santana

Director of Front-end Web Development

Eric's involvement and passion with Web Design began early in life when he was only nine years old. Since then he's made it a hobby to follow and adhere to the latest trends and technologies the web has to offer. Though familiar with all steps in the development process, Eric specializes in the Front End aspect of web design. This includes all the groundwork (Project Management, Site Research, Information Architecture, and Layout) to coding in W3C Standard XHTML and CSS.

As Front End Web Developer, Eric brings creativity and a current sense to Web Editors. He designs clean and modern websites that stand out among the competition, consistently exceeding client expectations. Eric's willingness and positive attitude make him a valued and vital member of the Web Editors, Inc. team.

Andrew Morales

Online Marketing Specialist

Andrew discovered his love for computers and journalism at Rocklin High School, where his graduating class scored the highest on their standardized testing exams for all California public schools. Since then, his passions and hobbies have revolved around his ability to utilize the full extent of his computer and online skills, as well as continuing with his writing. Andrew utilizes his knowledge and passion for computers and writing for online marketing purposes, creating unique one-of-a-kind marketing materials that includes press releases, article, blog marketing, social media optimization, affiliate marketing, SEO marketing and webpage copywriting.

Before joining the Web Editors, Inc. team, Andrew was the Senior Implementation Technician at AffiliateTraction where he was responsible for writing the link copy for all clients and single handedly integrated and maintained the affiliate tracking protocols for over 80 retailers, including SKECHERS, SanDisk, and COREL. Andrew brings his years of marketing expertise to the table, bringing with it new view points and skills to add to the team's talent pool.

Shelley Goodwin

Project Manager

Shelley Goodwin has been building usable web sites for over 14 years. She started out in the web development field by working for the central web department at Cisco Systems, Inc. While at Cisco, she served as both web developer and project manager responsible for information architecture, usability, search engine optimization, web marketing, and site production. She has also worked for AVENCOM, LLC a large web development firm in San Diego whose clients include several high-profile companies and government entities.

Shelley leads Web Editors experience and judgment to plan and accomplish website design goals with her main focus on website usability. She takes a key role in managing all projects from start to finish with a keen eye for delivering compelling creative designs for Web Editors' customers. She meshes her attention to detail with an appreciation for creativity to deliver wining solutions.
