Since 1996 while keeping pace the ever changing and explosive online market place, Alex continues to keep a firm hold on his vision of providing customers with cost effective solutions that are done right the first time. Continuously striving for the highest standards and practices, Alex is responsible for the overall vision and direction of Web Editors.

Coming from a highly technical and creative background, Alex has managed the design and development of numerous web applications ranging from automated business processes to immense eCommerce projects with thousands of products. While creating custom solutions for innovative organizations, Alex always gravitated towards leadership roles; his ability to overcome technical hurdles, manage multi-disciplinary teams of designers and programmers while adhering to tight budgets and deadline expectations are proof of his workmanship.

As VP of Business Administration, Heather plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and management of the Web Editors business operations. Heather has been instrumental in business initiatives that expand the overall budget of services offered by Web Editors and our partners that allows Web Editors to bring wholesale prices to the public.

Heather exhibits a real knowledge of an online company, empathy for its mission, and a genuine commitment to its goals and values. Heather possesses outstanding planning, organizational and project management skills. She is a strategic and visionary thinker with a successful track record in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating strategies and initiatives. She also performs marketing and design tasks for our clients from time to time.

 Tandy Ross

Tandy provide a full range of administrative support for Web Editors projects and business correspondents. Her responsibilities include preparing and proofreading technical documents, reports and overseeing day to day business functions and meeting arrangements. Tandy is responsible for handling sensitive information and insuring project assignments are completed for Web Editors and its clients to promote a smooth workflow and ensure that all demands are met.

Tandy’s capacity to multi-task and interact with all levels of business deadlines is an essential part of the Web Editors daily activities. Her broad-ranging skills springboard all of Web Editors projects from online marketing and web design to public relations from start to finish.

Matthew Avery

Matthew is responsible for website creation and multimedia development. He leads Web Editors in taking design to the next level through creative interactive interface design, flash animation, and audio/video integration.

In addition to his role as Interactive Developer, Matthew is also responsible for graphic design with emphasis on web branding and identity. Creating logos and style through looking at the key components of a client's business and philosophy, he pulls it all together for a focused and elegant web presentation.
